Viper Seat Riser

I'm planning on adding a seat riser to my viper. I noticed that everyone that does this also adds handlebar risers also. How much rise do I need on the handlebars?

if you are comfortable with the bars where they are, then i would go w/a 2" riser since the excell seat riser is a 2" riser

NO I just bought a cheap 2" block and twisted the handle bars up till the brake handle hit the windshield on a right turn, stock cables etc. worked

you are safe with adding a 2 inch riser,that is what I run with the excell seat riser and it is perfect, way better than stock. I also twisted my bars forward this provides a better seating position for me,it almost feels rider forward like my Apex
