it is turned back now, but the old owner turnied it like that because he liked to run it at 8500 rpm. and if you look at the tach 8500 is straight up, thats what he told me.

anyone alse know who owned this before?

Who else but D*****C could have the triangle trailing arms that were custom made?

Also, my brother runs his tach the exact same way for racing so that your optimum RPM is facing straight up.

I do the same with my tach. Makes it easier to see that you're running the correct peak RPM.

anyone in racing would know why you turn the tach..... to put the point of the redline straight up,better visability.thats they way my tach is in my drag car.it has a shift light as well but its nice to glance over at the needle and see where it is pinned.

That is one sweet sled!!!

I never got around to the hose covers..but yes that would finish the sled off nice. I used to warm my hands on the hoses when we were standing around and talking on the trail lol.

It loves Power Inc pipes!!!!!

it is one sweet sled. and yes i cant wait to get the PI pipes on there, not even my sled but i am going to love it!!
