exhaust y pipe removal

that funny, i cant seem to fit anything in there. i didnt know if there was some trick or just a knuckle busting experience.

Just use small socket with an extension and for the hard to reach ones the right size wrench works-not too bad of a job.

ski i actually have them i just couldnt seem to get a good full bite on it and started to round the top of the nut. i will take a look at it tonight, maybe i was just being lazy at that point. by the way can you reuse that gasket once i get them off.

When I removed mine there was 2 that I could absolutey not get off with any tool I had. Socket, Socket with extension, or open end. 1 They wouldnt get in there or 2 they were starting to strip the nut on the stud. Then DING came over with his small set of box wrenchs, then they werent a problem. Also find someone with small hands to make the job easier. Good luck

A circus carnie is probably your best bet... Damn child labor laws.

And those gearwrench sets should be a requirement to own anything with a cylinder... I also have the Socket set which makes deep sockets all but obsolete, and so far they've held up very well.

expert x that is exactly the problem i am having, so i guess i will find someone with small strong hands.
