I noticed a small leak from my front heat exchanger of my 2002 Viper.I heard you have to pull the engine and suspention to drill out riviots. What??? There has to be a easier fix.

only other way is to pull the skid and track drain the coolant system and have it welded. this is actually prolly the easiest way.

yep. unless you can weld it in the sled you gotta pull the motor to get er out. did mine last fall

Ya just take the skid and track out and get it welded. i actually removed mine from the chasis on my srx and if i remember there are over 30 rivets that hold it in place and some you can't drill you have to cut and you also need a bottle jack to spread the tunnel a bit to slide it out. Huge job I wish i had just left it in and taken the whole sled to a welder.

It was a stud that had torn out on 3 sides so I had a "flapper" and it hit just a few times coming around, actually I had 3 of them go at about the same time, when the track went bad, the track went bad. Had nothing to finish tearing it off with and was in BFE so I rode until it made a hole and then got a tow.
