i have a hauck 780 srx with a 60hp nos just wondering what was a good gear ratio to start with.it has a speed track with 288 chisels jaws pipes and tmx38 carbs.any help would be greatly appreciated. 
depends what are you doing with the sled?How far of a ditance are you running?What rpm are you running it?

don't go to shallow or you'll not find traction. I'd stick with around 23/37 and run it, see how your traction is. Might even be able to gear up abit from there. If you're getting good traction you can start to work down abit.
