Can any one tell me if this set up will work
stock or do I have to change something . I have
a new 1" Hacksaw with 96 @ 1.075 studs up the middle
of the track ready to be installed . This is the time for
changes if needed since it's all appart . Any suggestions
would certainly save some time . :brr

Nope shouldn't hit anything... with the 1" track you dont have to worry as much as the 1 1/4"... and the 02's came with tunnel protectors stock im pretty sure!

Thanks Yahadriver , I figured well she was stripped
down now would be the time . By the way the old
original track had 28,000 km on it so I should notice
a great difference . LOL

thats crazzy, it would be a good time to add a rear heat exchanger, change all the bushings and bearings, sliders, rail tips, get your shocks re gassed, and give your suspenion a good greasing. also check your drivers and change the jack shaft bearing.

It would be much easyier to do this now.

I've done all that , skid gets pulled every year . Just looking for interesting changes that may improve trail performance with short lake burst's . The snow is here so it's time to go back together . :winterrul
