Alright IDK how the he** this happened but I went to adjust my fuels screws for the first time EVER. 2 outta the 3 adjusted no problem at all but for some reason the middle one will not budge. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestion how to go about getting it lose. Cause IT WILL NOT MOVE.

if you have a cordless drill, with a bit that fits tight in the screw head, set it low enought that it ratchets. Slowly turn it up in power, and see if it will vibrate it loose. I have a spare fuel screw if you end up needing one. Maxdlx

Well I was hoping with the things I tried, but my hopes were shot down. Gunna try your idea Paul and if that dont work theres no way to fix this problem. Just gunna end up buying a whole carb rack. The cause of this is aluminum to aluminum design caused corrosion which in reality is just as bad as steel to steel. Got my fingers crossed one more time. Thanks for your input Paul.

Well the ole cross your fingers thing didnt work. So it looks like I'm doin things the hard way and buying a rack of carbs. This whole running pipes ordeal on my sled is really starting to kick me in the ***, TIME and MONEY WISE. One word for that GAY.
Expert there is a set on E-bay Item number: 300059102499 if it's any help.
you can try to drill a little hole and put a small extractor inside

Take the carbs off and drain them. Heat the area with a torch and cool it down quick with a wet rag. Be carefull heating it, not too mutch or it will melt. The heating and cooling should free the bolt.

Been there, tried that. I work with metal for fun I know the tricks of the trade. But I have delt with alot of aluminum to aluminum corrision, heating it doesnt do anything. But I did get it out but by brute force of my cordless drill. LOL broke a decent size peice off, where the screw threads into the carb body, so if offically F'ed now. And it wasnt coming out any other way than that, I tried every possible angle and idea. But thanks for the ideas fellas, but looks like is being delt with the expsensive way.

The man is right , i do have a set of carbs , they have one hole per carb drilled in the top of the carb collar , , the rubber boot from the air box covers the holes and they work fine , i didnt even plug the holes but you could , i would sell them to ya for $50 shipped to your door , by the way the only reason i have an extra set is cause i had the same problem you have now , i tried drilling out the screw ...and i fu$*E the carb up .... oyh well ...good luck and let me know , i can have at your door by thursday ...
p.s. THanks for the plug Paul

B2SO: Its is a complete rack correct??? All the fuel screws actually move with no issues? No other issues besides the wholes for dail-a-jet???? Let me know on that note, cause I'm more than interested. Thanks Brett
P.S. Sorry for the off the wall questions but just makin sure and double checking. I'm anal when it comes to fueling parts.

Sounds good to me, just so everyone knows on this site. There is one thing I do, do and thats pay any money I owe to anyone. I dont play around with money, cause I know if that was me, I'd be snapping and heads would roll.
