Torqueing Cylinders

I've read a couple post on here that your supposed to re-torque after you have replaced rings and/or pistons. On the viper there is no way to re-torque the cylinders because the head is in the way. So i'm guessing that you only need to torque the head?can anyone give me some information on this...

Maybe im misunderstanding the question, but torque the cylinders before you put the head on. And go like 18 ft-lbs the first time, then 24.
 
yes thats what I did, went 15ft then 24, but I read a post in here that you should warm the sled up to temp and then re-torque the cylinder and head.So since i could only re-torque the head thats all I did..
 
You shure it didn't just say for the head??

i would think the juggs would be fine with just the first torqe,
i've never re-torqed the juggs???
