Gearing Question for SX 600

I was wondering if polaris gears will fit this sled and if so what size shaft and how many spline for the top gear? what is a good set up for this sled? I have removed head gaskets (all but 1 !) notched the reeds, bored the silencer stock clutching.

Twin or triple...& what year??????? They made 600 twin & 600 triple sx,s & the difference is huge!!!!!
 
Stock gearing is fine. Just add more mass to the stock primary weights to get proper rpm,s. Change inner to a 4.5 gram rivet & you will be very close. $5 clutch kit!!!
 
I recommend a 2to1 gear ratio, 20/40 with a 68 link chain. Chain runs real straight for less friction, you need all ponies on the ground with that motor.
