This is pretty much just how Rules did his, but I don't have a welder good enough to weld on fuel screws, so I changed them some.
Here is how I did it
You take your fuel screws out, and make sure the small spring and steel washer and rubber gasket don't get lost. Sometimes they stay in the carbs. right below the threads there is a smooth flat long section. This does nothing so that is where you tighten it in the vice. Start with a very small drill bit, and drill right in the center of the screw driver slot, about 1/4 inch deep. You keep going bigger until the steel cable part of a speedo cable will fit in it. I used jb weld to hold them. You fill the hole with jb weld, and screw the cable in. you then kind of add a little jb weld on the cable to get it the size of the screw head. Let it set up and cut it at 10 inches from the head. I then used steel valve caps, filled them with soilder, and stuck the cable into them. Perfect adj fuel screws made. Maxdlx
