Spark Plugs

Has anyone used anything beyond the recommended plugs for the Viper? How about the Iridium IX? Any advantages or disadvantages?

You probably wouldn't notice a diffrence between that or a nkg in spark or power except for the price when you foul them.

I have been using the NGK irdiums on my viper for 3 seasons now. seem to work good, alot better spark, half a pull and my viper starts. As far as performance, I guess I do notice a little more pep but nothing that shakes the earth!!!!

I know it's not a sled, but I put the ngk ir's in my car and it idled alot smoother. Time to replace them now cause the idle is a little rough. Could be something else though.

I had a MachZ that ate plugs at a rediculous rate. Installed iridiums and never fouled another one. As for as a performance gain I didn't notice any. But I was over 160 HP to begin with.
