Many of the 80's and early 90's Yamaha's suffered from small gas tank's. I've thought how nice it would be for someone to manufacture a plastic wedge shaped seat riser with a small ~2 gallon reserve tank under the seat using the same principle as the Tour Buddy and kill 2 problems with one stone! It could be filled from the rear storage ? The Exciter, Phazer, Srv, Vmax540, Vmax 5-600 and especially the Vmax4 guys would all jump on buying one ! Anyone have connections ?
Sort like this Kolpin tank #33-76 from http://www.denniskirk.com/ only in a wedge shape !
