I was wondering who would win in the following races......
00SXR700 Bender Triples, 136'' track, set up correctly Vs...
04 Prox2 600 w/teamroller clutch, also a 136'' otherwise stock
97 or 98 formula III 700--stock
00 xc 600, with boost bottle, team roller clutch, fresh rings, otherwise stock, a
just wondering what kind of order would they finish a race in? like whos fast to whos slower, lake etc.....

in all reality thats hard to tell...conditions may vary and we all know poo's and doo's hook up better than most yamaha's 136 or not..wait for some snow, thats the only way to tell..it's a matter of getting hp/traction to the ground in whatever distance your running.
I dont believe you could touch the sxr with those sleds!

2. fIII
3. 00 xc
4. 04 x2
if the 00xc didnt have the team clutch on it i would put it in the #2 spot.

Is the team roller stock on those or aftermarket?how come they dont work well?

the team is stock on the x2, but not the xc. they are great for quick backshift, but getting full shift on them is very difficult, they tend to run hot and top end suffers a bit. i've heard its from too much side pressure from the stiff secondary springs in them, but i dont know for sure. i like mine for corner to corner on my pro x 700, but i cant get great top speed out of mine. i can outrun a sdi 600 on the top end no problem, but i wont pull a viper anytime soon.EricMichael said:Is the team roller stock on those or aftermarket?how come they dont work well?

yeah..i dont see the xc's pull too much top end aruond here either..even an 800..but they've got lots of travel and less hp..maybe that has something to do with it...how about those f111's hes takling about...what kinda ponies do they put out stock??I know if you pipe them they'll run

If that formula III is setup right he will wax all of those.

its my buddies sled actually...its all stock but very mint, possibly going to talk him into some clutching...i figured he would give that sxr a run for his money even with the bender pipes...the 136 may hurt him alittle top i'd imagine..sxr rider weighs about 200 and the doo guy weight about 150
dude, ported cylinders, come and get them,
where the hell did all the guys from potato town come from all of a sudden.
i had ty rides for three years and only get my friends from southern maine to show up and now there is like 10 people from just above me. might have to revisit the ty ride.

wasnt the fIII 700 only around 110-115hp? i know the 600 and 800's were tripple piped and i thought the 700 was a single. i remember running with one on my old ultra 680 and he didnt seem too quick.yamaholic22 said:If that formula III is setup right he will wax all of those.

oh damn i think you're right david, i was thinking of the 600 with the triples, and those were rockets when setup right. Those 700's still aren't a slouch, but a set-up sx 700 will give it some real troubles.

There's a high probability that you'll take the FIII because his crank bearing will blow!!!

yeah i have a piped viper i hope i'd take it..but my buddies bender sxr should take it too...but if he pipes the f3 he should be able to beat that sxr
