Been using handle balls, but would like to change to hooks on the bar ends.
Who makes the best to fit Yami bars. 03 Mt. viper bars.
Will the sporttech hooks fit these bars or where is a good place to get some.

Black 45 degree angle is what I was thinking.
The handle balls I have are red and look good, but I think the hooks would look funky red........black would look more like an extension of the bar.

You may still have it..........I bought the director chair from you a couple years ago.

Those of you who have added hooks. How did you remove the rib on the end of the grips to make a smooth transition to the hooks?

I addded the 45/90 hook by Yamaha which is made by sporttec in blue. I also added a black gel grip from ACO in the bike part department. Use hair spray to the inside of the grip, it helps to put it on. I just used a round 1/4" file in the hole and cleaned out the inside of the bar. I left the bar ribbed part on. The hook with the grip installs flush and the size is the same to the grip. Plus the blue of the hook is on the bottom and the grip is black, it looks great.

I had some 45 deg on my viper mtn for a while. I ended up not liking them because they stuck out too far and hit my legs in lots of situations. I still have them if you are interested, they are black. They have less than 1/2 day of use on them. Let me know
