Viper shocks on sx700

WHat do you have to do to get the rear shocks of long travel viper shocks on the a 97 sx700 skid? i no the mounts are the same but isnt there a suspention arm longer on the long travel suspentions?

I think you will have to change the control rods and definately the limiter straps. That should be all.

Actually the control rods are the same, just the spacers are different. And as matt said the limiter straps are longer on the long travel ones. All arms and linkage, etc are the same length and geometry.
