I'm trying to figure out what jetting and clutching to run in my 05 mtn viper for west yellowstone 7000+ heavy hitters or stock?

Stay with the stock book settings for clutching. Hard to beat, but if you want to play with it a little go with a little weight in tip.
I'm running stock springs, primary and secondary, but using 8EK with 17 in the inner hole. Drop the gearing to 21/42.
As far as jetting..........if you are totally stock you can get by with two sizes smaller on the mains, everything else stock. (example 148.5 down to 145.) :letitsnow
