Hi, I changed out my stock track last night no problems with taking it apart and placing axle back in loosely but how exactly do I go about tightening the axle back up do I do the chain case side first. Because if I try to do the speedo side first I can not get to the two torx bolts on the bearing like it is not in far enough. To make a long story short how do I reassemble the drive axle. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks Stan 
Go to the tech section there is a good write up on it there. You have to assemble and tork the chaincase side first, then loctite and tighten the set srews.

are you talking about the LOWER axle?? if so, leave that locking bearing(speedo side)there, but dont tighten the set screws....if the chaincase is bolted in, just put a piece of wood between the axle(where the speedo goes) and hit it with a hammer....that moved mine the final inch...
then, the gear can go on, and tourque the 14mm bolt...i tourqued it the chain and both sprockets on, that way you can hold the brake and tighted the bolt
