Just a couple of quick questions. Do reed spacers help on a 600 twin XTC? I am currently running carbon fiber reeds, but I am thinking of going back to the stock ones. Sled seems to run ritch with them in. Is there a direction to put them back in. Like a front or back?
Also want to know how to properly set the track tenshion. And how to load up the rear shock. I have mine set all the was down. (on the top bolt, there is 3 positions).
Thanks for all the help.. Ryan

Ryan just stick to the OEM reeds, aftermarkets don't seem to work on
a yammie,OEM performs great..
I set track tension i think the old fashion way maybe compared to
some of the other guy's, i use a spring scale and pull down with
certain force at the middle of the track and measure the gap between
the track clip and the hyfax, gets it perfect and aligns it perfect too.

I agree totally with DAMAN, and yes reed spacers work great on the 600 twin, much better throttle response.daman said:Ryan just stick to the OEM reeds, aftermarkets don't seem to work on
