Does anyone know if the W-arm on a 1997 Vmax4 rear skid is the same as any other long travel pro-action rear skid W-arm?
The W-arm on my 97 Vmax4 is bent and I need a new one but i'd rather buy a good used one than shell out the bucks Yamaha wants for a new one.

Th fiche lists different part numbers - but they may be close enough to work ....
(The 1997 SX700 and XTC600 list the same part number.)

Thanks guys, looked at the fische myself, part numbers for 97 800 and the 97 XTC are the same except for the first three digits, 8BU for the 800 and 8CR for the XTC. so my guess is that they're the same too, however, the shop was able to straighten the bent arm out so I won't be needing a new one after all. Thanks again.
