Just got back from my first big trip on my Viper this year. It was some pretty rough stuff and my suspension bolts are really starting to stress the tunnel. Anybody else have these problems? If so any remedies? I plan on getting the stress fractures welded and then plan on also having a strengthening plate welded in as well.
You could always do something like the mounting plates that come with a M-10 or Expert. Just have some aluminum sheets cut and rivet them on the outside then drill out your mounting bolt locations.

I have Rox widening kit on mine, adds quite a bit of additional strength, good quality and looks good
