Great looking sled, they are a real blast I've got a 98 and my bud's got an 01.As for things to look at you should take the skid out and go over all the bushings that don't have grease fittings to check if they're worn out.I would almost bet that the W arm pivot bushings are toast even though the sled has so few miles on it,but if by chance they are still good take the 2 L shaped brakets off the slide rails and drill and tap the centres for grease fittings.Check the shock bushings for wear and do a search on posts by Betheviper he has a great one on shimming loose bushings with coffee can pieces,I used an old aerosol brake parts cleaner can.
While your at it make sure the W arm itself isn't cracked;if it is find a pic of some braced ones on here and do yours.

Nice ride and great price! Got one just like it.
Ad a set of Viper up dated rear shocks and a set of Ohlins with extensions up front and it will ride like a dream.
A word of caution: If you are used to riding that John Deere, you better hang on to that SRX. It's a whole different world. I rode sleds for many years. When I got my SRX I ran off the trail a time or two until I realized the speed of these things.
Have fun. You'll love that thing.
