What keeps coolant from seeping(leaking) around the two 8mm side studs on the head? I originally used aftermarket o rings and that filled the crankcase with coolant. I switched to OEM o rings and I am getting coolant up around the side studs.If you look at the square o ring profile, those two studs are in the coolant flow. I have the head torqued to 22lbs & 18 lbs (10mmstuds & 8mm studs) respectively. I am not using acorn nuts but flange nuts. I cant believe that would make a differance. The o rings are seated perfectly. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

The head could be warped, and need to be resurfaced, has the engine ever overheated? The only way to tell this is to pull the head and get a engine shop to check it.
