I don't know how real this is, but I heard that Amsoil has been sold over 1 1/2 years ago to Mackewan. They only sold there name and not there formula. I also heard that Mackewan is know facing some lawsuits in regards to this. Maybe other people here are aware of this, I know someone that is a rep for them and he told this to a friend. How true this is I am not sure!
