On the front cross shaft that holds the rear suspension in place with the two bolts on each end. It is a real SOB to get those lined up and threaded in with out cross threading them. So here is my plan. And any input is welcome. I am going to get a stainless rod to the right size and get it long enough so I can weld a head of a nut one one end and thread the other. So it the end it will be one bolt that go thought the whole deal. no more holding the suspension up to relieve tension on the bolts while threading, no more trying to hold the rod because one bolt is still in one end and the rod is spinning and no rust! well sort of...
I already got fed up with the holes getting oval out and put some steel plats on there.
let me know what you think and if it is all go then I will get started and post pic along the way.
