She is stuck on! Any ideas?
I had the same problem with a used 700SX I picked up, ended up cutting the bearing retainer and removing the complete asm (secondary/jackshaft) and then took it to work and pressed off the secondary.
As in stuck on the shaft?
Did you take the bolt out?
Seriously though, wack it with a rubber dead blow hammer at different angles, it should come off. Just remember that the other end is attached to a chain gear and has bearings holding it. You do not want to damage the bearings.
If it still doesn't come off then it has really been on there a while and corroded up, or it is messed up. Try some of your favorite penetrating solution. I like PB Blaster, Deep Creep and Fluid Film. I hear that there is even a better one now but forget the name, imagine that . . . Let it set a while and then try it again.
