how do you view other peoples reputation comments

how do you look and see what people left for comments on somebody it sais i have 12 points but i can only see two of the comments on mine one has a green box next to it and the other has a gray. what does the gray mean? does it mean nuetral feedback? the box is gray and it is a very positive comment. but say member 123abc has a a++ reputation how do i see what the comments were or if they have a bad reputation how can i see what the comments on them were

you hover over the green dot by the user. Other Reputation info is more for there use and they view it in the profile.

thanks i just wondered if you could see what was said about other people like if someone made a bad deal and someone left reputation about it i wondered if you could read and see what they said was wrong
