Track size ?

If you have no tunnel protectors you can run up to a 1.5" track (NON Studded). If protectors installed You can only run a 1 inch stock.

1.5" with no rubbing .You can't run tunnel protectors or heat exchange protectors.I have heard of people running 1.75" tracks but they where rubbing.
 
If I run a smaller drive sprocket will that help with clearance .Our is it the top of the tunnel were its hitting and not the front heat exchanger ?

What size track are you running now? What size track do you want to run and do you want to run studs???

Yes If you go to 8 tooth drivers you will get more clearance but that will change your gear ratio and you should replace your gears and possibly chain to correct it. Let me know what you want to do and I can give you a hand with the numbers...
