Anyone using these let me know how you like them. With snow coming, dont have time to make my own so I'm looking into buying some. And dont wanna spend $150 on MPI's kit when I can spend half that on Benders kit. So any opinions, positive or negative are welcome. Thanks, Brett

I have them, not the smoothest to operate but they get the job done, if you plan on making alot of adj I would go with the mpi's.

if you have the time to take your carbs off, and put benders on, and spend 2 days trying to get them lined up right, you have time to make your own. Maxdlx
SRXSRULE has an atricale in the tech page on how to make your own.
I made mine simalar to Erics, but a little different. Search my posts, or search screws. Maxdlx

Paul and Ryan thanks, I already knew about both homemade verisions. But I just dont have the patience to deal with that on top of all the other stuff I still have to do before shes running. Thats why I'm going with my second choice, "company-made" set up. Pending how the Bender kit works, I may make my own after the season is over but now, I just dont have the patience. Plus the autopart store employees around this area are dumb as rocks. I have went to 3 diff. stores looking for a speedo cable for any model and all came up with nothing. Hows is this possible laziness or just stupidity??? IDK, but one thing I do know is I dont have the patience or the time.

Well I got my Fuel Screw Adjusters from Bender today, install was a breeze. Took about an hour to get them mounted and working the way I wanted. I did do a few things to make them work better. Such as flied the sharp corners on the flat blade that turns the fuel screws so they dont destroy or get hung up on the threads and use some Sea Foam Deep Creep on the fuel screws and between the speedo cable and cable housing. Very smooth operation......... 1 change I noticed from there older ones is the turning knobs ARE NOT rubber like the ones I have seen in pics, there aluminum with a gripping outer edge. I know I could have saved some money by making my own but for 80 bucks, worth it IMO.
