My power valves seem like they are leaking gas out of them when I start the sled up, they are leaking right down onto the exhaust pipes. Once I run the sled a while, it seems to stop leaking. Does anybody know what the deal is with it?

I've seen a few like that including mine and the way that I combat it is to use silicone around the pv tower.Even new sleds,or relatively new, will do this and it is a pain and as you say after the engine warms up it seems to go away but still even with new gaskets the problem will persist.

Is it fuel or oil/fuel dark drip...cause if it's fuel you have a stuck float needle...if it's dark oil/fuel then the seals are done and you need to clean the housing of the valve not just the valves...how are the plugs...

Pull the carbs off and clean them up and set the floats up...pull over engine a few times to air out the crank case, cause you may have extra fuel (raw) in there...not good for the bottom end...reinstall carbs and go easy on it, let her warm up good before you get on it, cause you do not want to blow out a seal, till it runs all the eaxra fuel out of her...then should be good to go...
