8dn or 8dn-20 who will give a better top end

There is 8dn 00 -10 and -20 i would think the wieght that you get the most tip wieght added on to without being to heavy.
For all out top mph I had the best lick with the 00's they have the heaviest tip weight,I also ran 5.5 gram boldts in both holes.
