1984 phazer torq specs?????

what are the torq specs for a 1984 phazer head? and also can you do the reed notch on the phazer?

The torques are 18 ft.-lb or 25 N.m on the nuts and flange nuts.

And 11 ft.-lb. or 15 N.m for the bolts.

As for the reed notching I don't have any experience with that.

The reed notch is for the motors that have the extra port above the reed cage. The stoppers partially block this port so by notching the stopper you uncover the port. Phazer doesn't have this port so you won't see any benefits from notching the stopper.
