04 Viper 53/43 green spring twist?

I have an 04 Viper ER with the ES removed. Expert X, 1.25" ice ripper and Boss seat. Everything else is stock.

I'm adding a 53/43 bender helix and green spring. What should I twist it at?

60 or 70?

try both, rider weight will make a diffrence and the conditions that you ride in will also have an effect.
