Hello Guys I Suddenly Lost Power On My 02 Viper Last Night After About A 100 Mile Ride In 10-15 Degree Weather. The Sled Bogged Down I Pulled Over And Cooled It Down It Wasnt Hot. I Changed Plugs And Started And Tried To Ride It Sounded Really Deep In The Exhaust Like A Four Stroke And Would Only Hit 6500 To 7500 On The Tach At 30 - 40mph. Im Thinking Powervalves I Had To Ride This Way For A Mile Or So And Put It On The Trailer. It Starts Fine Coolant Is Good And Plugs Look Ok. Any Suggestions!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks

Wasnt Riding Hard Compression Is Fine And Jetting Is Correct Thats Why Im Suspecting The Powervalves

When mine sounded like that it was the air filter packed with an inch of snow and ice , so no air was getting to it. But i'm sure you've looked at that.

Thanks For All The Imput I Am Checking Into The Suggestions The Air Filter Was Clean Whats The Fuel Pump Upgrade? Thanks Again For All The Help Guys!!!

I'd say powervalves aswell...I remember my first ride on my vipe and it rocked. Then I took the wife out.and either with her on or off...and the wind behind me I couldn't get it past 80...after further inspection the valves where stuck half closed...I now check that regulary...and even check to make sure they are flush...
