Fired up the Viper S this morning. No tach, no electircal power, no headlight tail light etc. Also of note no sweet smell of oil that we always get on inital startup>>>> Spent two hrs looking for fuses( internet was down, owners manual is shit)

grab a hold of wiring harness by the recoil starter and jiggle it, trying to pull up and back on it with it running see what happens and post back.

Is the oil pump mechanical or electric. I was worried that if it was electric I would burn a motor
