Can I remove my headlight w/ no problems?

I have a phazer and I would like to remove the whole upper fairing and replace the handlbars with non-stock ones. Is it OK to run without the headlight/handwarmers or does it somehow effect the electronics?

You can remove it, but you'll need to wrap the wiring, and it is illegal in most states and provinces to run with no headlight, so I suggest getting a driving light from a automotive store and wiring that up and attaching it to the cowl in front of the bars.
