I am trying to replace the steering relay (bellcrank) with a power crank, but the tie rods do not want to come out of the relay. What is the deal? I am about to take them in to work to try the press, unless someone else has a better idea. Thanks!

I should have mentioned, this is on a 99 Mountain max, not the phazer.
