I just bought a 1.25 ripsaw for my sled, after nothing but rave reviews about it. I thought I remembered hearing that it will work in my sled no prob, but may have to either cut down the lugs at the tunnel protectors, or cut down/remove the protectors themselves.

Im leaning toward nipping the window lugs down 1/8. Is this the best/easiest option? Are my stock gears ok for this track?

No other clearance/mounting issues? Looking forward to hellacious performance increases like I hear about... I have a oem track with 192 picks, spin like a bitch most of the time.

BTW, what's a used track like that worth??

I sold my stock track with 144 studs all in good condition for 165.I really was'nt sure what to expect, I started the bidding at around 100 bucks and it was bid up to that. You'll love that track for everything , but loose powder.Thats been my observation after about 1500 miles on a ripsaw.Xs is right just take the tunnel protectors off, I believe thats how vipers with the ripsaw came from the factory. Also make sure that you have your transfer rods adjusted up correctly for traction, its just something you'll have to experiment with.
