I Am Sure Everyone At Some Point Has Experienced This Problem. I Had My Sled Serviced, And The Belt Deflection Was Set Up For The Belt That Was On It That Was In Great Shape, So I Thought, Til This Past Weekend Threads Came Outta It And Started Hittin My Secondary. So I Pulled Over On The Trail And Changed It But Now Of Course, I Have A Wicked Squeal From The Belt At Idle, How Do I Get Rid Of This? What Is The Best Way? Thanks

set your belt deflection, take your secondary off. youll see three bolts on the back of it take them out and remove the washers that are on the bolts. put the bolts back on and you should be good. if not or if there are no washers this means the bolts are worn down. go to your dealer and get new ones, once your belt wears down and it sits low in your secondary put the washers back and your belt will sit higher where it should.

but your belt should ride from 1.5mm above the flanged edges to 0.5mm
below the flanged edges.

New belt too tight

set your belt deflection, take your secondary off. youll see three bolts on the back...
Will the '93 adjustment be the same?

Thanks for the photo Daman, sure helps.
