Brother Needs Help

Hey guys,

My bro is kinda computer retarded so I told him I would ask you guys. He has a 93 Exciter II and his shocks in his skids are bad. What do you think he should do? Buy new ones or have the ones he has now sent out and rebuilt?? Sled has about 3K miles and it...........

I doubt those shocks are rebuildable, I would check with RichieRich to see if he could recommend decent aftermarket shocks that wont break the bank but be good enough for how he rides the sled.

What can you it there? I have 2 real good used rear shocks from my srx that I replaced with vipers. Just throwing it out there I have no idea if they would work but Im sure someone on here does.

93 Exciter would have the Original Pro-Action rear, not the 1997 on up Pro-Action Plus which is a different design !

A 93 Exciter has the same looking skid as a '94-95 and 96 non P/AVM, so look for one of thos too,if your parts hunting

if you can find ryde fx shocks they are the best i found for that suspension. don't know if they are still available.

Ya Ryde FX makes them but he doesnt want to spend nearly 250 bucks......
