Quick easy powervalve question

i was just wondering if its possible to take out the powervalves to check them and then put them back in without doing any adjusting. or do you automatically have to adjust them some even if you just take them out to look at them in case any have pulled through.

Sure you can just take the sevo moter off with the cables and valves.2 bolts and a few wires.If the valves are stuck you should adjust but if they are all free it will be ok.

yes you can pull them out and clean them without adjusting them, the adjustment is on the other end of the cable and wont be thrown off by pulling them out as long as they come out easy. They aren't hard to adjust tho, why not just check them to be sure?

If your pipes are already off, you might aswell take your headers off and adjust them. If not, I wouldn't worry about it, inless you have had troubles with your valves in the past, they should be setup already.

They are never set from the factory correctly !!!

Definately double check them, and your further ahead to adjust them yourself rather then have someone do it. The dealer did mine and after getting it back i checked them after i noticed some sluggishness.... They weren't adjusted properly... once again best way to get things done right is to do them yourself.... Procedures easy...
