Hey guys I have a 01 SRX 700 and a 98 SX 600. Me and my brother were on Houghton Lake this weekend and opened them up and I put about 8-10 sleds on him up to around 90 with me on the SRX just as I usually do. The next day I could barely put 2-4 sleds on him and later in the day he would actually pull on me down low (around a sled or two) and keep it on me. We switched up and I rode the SX and he only put half a sled on me up to 80ish but I'm 60lbs heavier than him. Anyone have any idea where my power went on my SRX?

Whens the last time your powervalves were cleaned and adjusted?? That could definately be the problem. I had that happen to mine, one of the cables pulled through the valve... Just a suggestion

yup i would highly suggest you get in there and clean, inspect, and adjust the powervalves. Wouldn't be surprised if you have one or more cables pulled through the ends of the valves.

Yeah I was thinking about the powervalves. I had them cleaned and adjusted at the end of last season but I guess that could happen at anytime obviously. Thanks alot!

Yeah I felt like a scrub when my brother and a mxz600 took off and I couldn't go blowing by them
