Hi, a friend whom I talk with on line has a late 70's or early 80's EX-340 that he races. He is using a 102C with Thunder Weights which are adjustable. He had suggested them to me as well.

Hey Poi how high does your power band kick in i have the 1978 exciter with twin 38s , GPX pipes , and boyesen reeds , My powerband is kicking in at like 5000 rpm , any ideas ?

Like this sled is WAY to boggy off the line , it bogs for about 50 feet then realy kicks in , any ideas would be great, im thinking maybe the GPX pipes raised the power band up Any one else try GPX pipes on the EX ?
