New Power Valves!

Well I got my new power valves and cables, not cheap by the way. $550cnd for the works. I have no problem putting everything back together, but I want to make sure I adjust the cables really well so there is equal pressure on all three of them so they don't pull out on me agian. If anyone has any good tips on adjusting the the cables, please let me know, I want to do a good job.
 
Sorry no tips i'm new to this aswell, but i'm sure just following the instructions on the tech pages for cleaning and adjusting your valves will be just fine. Make sure you check and clean those valves at least every 1000 miles.

I went to Big Daddy's recreation in Owen Sound to price out some new valves and they're $105 a peice. Pricey.
 
Well i don't plan on there being a next time! lol but if the occassion comes along where i pull through again i will keep that in mind.

Hey 00-SRX-700 how often have you been riding in Owen Sound... I only know of a couple people with SRX's in Owen sound and i've seen one like 3 times this week.
 
I know of a place where you can order them from for $69.45 each plus shipping. They have the best shipping rates I have found plus the best prices (20% off dealer list for everything). The only drawback is if you're in a hurry to get your stuff, it takes an average of 12 days.

If it's here, i priced them,,not much of a deal after they tacked on $15 bucks for
shipping... :o|, like it would cost that much to ship 3 light *** valves.. #$%&*
 
Yeah I've never ordered from that place. They can shove their shipping prices up their #$%&* es. I found this place last year and we've ordered over a grand worth of stuff from them. I've been reluctant to post about the place because I wasn't sure if they could get in trouble or something for selling stuff at a discount. I've heard before that companies want you to buy from your local dealer and frown on places doing mail order. Anyway, I just checked and this place wants $12.50 for shipping for those. So in this (rare) case it looks like the place you linked to is cheaper. Every time I have checked they've ended up being more because of their shipping charges. :o|
