Torque arm rattle.

I Have a torque arm on my 84 phazer and it rattles like a S.O.B at idle. it is the type that is metal on metal. There is no rubber on it. Is there any thing I can do to shut it up other then removing it? I know there are some out there that do have rubber on them but I don't know where they are and would like to not spend the money if I can fix this one.

Wrap with inner tube, a couple layers and tie off with a nylon tie around bolt...
