Help with HEATED GRIPS

Last night while riding my 1997 XTC600 with electric start/rev, my heated grips quit working. At first, I thought the thumb warmer quit also, but it still works. I checked a pair of fuzes right next to the battery, but both looked good.

Any sugjestions on where to start????

check for power at the switch, going in and coming out. if there is start chaing the wires going to the grips.

they are hooked up in series, so if one grip is bad they both quit working, hook each one up by its own to find the culprit.

There is a wiring diagram in the owners manual that will show you the wiring path and colors. It should be fairly easy to diagnose with a meter or light tester.
