Oil Pump setting - 600 Triple

Can anyone tell me what the oil pump setting (cable gap) is for a 1999 VmaxER 600 Triple? We didn't get an owners manual with the sled and it seems to be a bit hard on oil.

22-24mm(i would set it at 24mm)

set throttle end play first(1-2mm) then oil pump.

Hey Canuck you can download the PDF file from the yamaha-motor.com website. I forget exactly where but instead of clicking on the shortcut just right click and select (save target as). It will download the PDF version of the owners manual to your computer. If you can't find it just send me your e-mail address and i'll see if I can attach the file.
