Bad Spring or Ride Height Adjustment?

When I back up on groomed ground or hard pack my flap catches in the track viz studs. I'm a big guy around 250lbs.

Any suggestions on getting the height up and from keeping the flaps from bending into the studs?

And My other sled will catch the flap when I back into deeper snow as well. The snow pushes it back.

I hope there is a fix as it's a pain..
