I was wondering how much work it would be to put Apex handle bars on a 2004 SXVenom. I have the same Handle bar Toggle switches as an Apex. I figured it won't be to hard, but has anyone else put newer Yamaha bars on a Viper or Venom. I already have a two inch riser on, i really love how the Apex bars feel.

well you have a one pipece throttle so you would have to cut the handle bars and slide the throttle on then have the bars welded together.The bars don't have as much height so you might have to go with a taller riser.

Just picked up a set of new bars for a '06 Apex for $40 from the local dealer. They said that it would clear everything fine. Just gotta remove the curved ends and remove the grips to slide it all on. Thanks for all the help. I'll post some pictures to show.

oh yes I forgot thos bars are two piece I have the new bars that are one piece.
