IL. DNR just sent my registration back because I did not give them my motor #s where are the #s located on the motor on 98 Srx 700 ?? Thanks in advance.

motor # and serial # should be the same on yamaha's .
Motor # is different!!!
Look at the top right side of the motor and the number is right there on the top of the cases. Right above the pull starter.

Yep .. found It pushed the coolant hose over on the rh side next to the pipe there they are, I though I would have to remove the pipes to locate the #s. there not very visable... Thanks guys for your help !

oop's!! sorry, i thought they were the same. they are the same on my 81 seca 750 motorcycle.
