I leave them on usually unless i'm gonna rip it on the lakes.
It helps that I have a dial tool to turn them on and off too!

I run mine pretty much all the time and I have not had a problem yet, anyone had any real disadvantages??????

When it's mild out and you have them on your warming the incoming air charge making it less dense, and that makes your motor run fat=less power.
